Although the best way to supercharge your morning is with nature’s super fuel, (that would be fat), it doesn’t have to come in the form of a prepared breakfast. Here’s a quick and easy killer tip to get you out the door in overdrive and – satiated until lunch time rolls around with about 3 minutes of preparation.
Mix 1 heaping spoonful of almond butter with 1 spoon full of coconut oil in a small dish. Add a generous amount of vanilla and cinnamon along with a very conservative 1/4 teaspoon of organic honey. (Keeping the blood sugar levels to a minimum here) Stir well and spoon it down. This never fails to turbo charge my clients for the first half of their day.
UPGRADED SELF VERSION – Instead of coconut oil, use MCT oil! You WILL notice the difference and it’s definitely worth the extra expense. Remember, fat is fuel and and fat equals full!
