Here&#8217;s a quick and easy killer tip to get you out the door in overdrive and &#8211; satiated until lunch time rolls around with about 3 minutes of preparation.<\/p>\n<p>Mix 1 heaping spoonful of almond butter with 1 spoon full of coconut oil in a small dish. Add a generous amount of vanilla and cinnamon along with a very conservative 1\/4 teaspoon of organic honey. (Keeping the blood sugar levels to a minimum here) Stir well and spoon it down.
