To me, these things are like candy when they&#8217;re this sweet and delicious. I concocted a very simple recipe this last week and it turned out fantastic so I thought I\u2019d share.<\/p>\n<p>I found some amazing artichoke pesto sauce at the <a href=\"http:\/\/chattanoogamarket.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chattanooga Farmer\u2019s Market<\/a> (more on this in a moment) and used the most amazing olive oil I\u2019ve ever tasted from <a href=\"http:\/\/sunoliveoil.com\/pages\/nashville-olive-oil-store\" target=\"_blank\">The Olive Oil Store<\/a> in Green Hills \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/sunoliveoil.com\/products\/butter-extra-virgin-olive-oil\" target=\"_blank\">Organic Butter Infused Olive Oil<\/a> and raw yogurt from my Amish friends, Eric and Brandon.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing to this recipe<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slice the tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>Spread with pesto sauce<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle with liberal amounts of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle with yogurt<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There you have it! As it turned out, this was a meal in itself, although, this would make a great appetizer.<\/p>\n<h3>Chattanooga Market \u2013 A Must See!<\/h3>\n<p>In case you haven\u2019t been, the <a href=\"http:\/\/chattanoogamarket.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chattanooga Market<\/a> was named one of the \u201cTop 10 Public Markets in America\u201d by Frommers and what a gem it is! It makes for the perfect day trip with the short 2 hour drive. The market features over 50 farms bringing a variety of produce, meats and cheeses to the market each week and over 130 artisans offering their unique crafts, arts, farm-fresh goods, and so many other locally made specialties.<\/p>\n<p>Live music is a staple at <a href=\"http:\/\/chattanoogamarket.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chattanooga Market<\/a> with local and region musicians on the EPB stage for two FREE shows weekly plus food trucks galore for the hungry shoppers. Sunday Market is from 11am-4pm. Wednesday Market is 4pm-7pm.<\/p>\n<p>Have any great recipes to share?
